system and compressed memory

I scanned the internet a little bit and couldn't find any helpful info so I went here. 

My problem is that whenever my PC is up for a while being idle , the memory becomes 99% full , i press CTRL+ALT+DELETE , which takes so oh so long to load when the PC is usually blazing fast , and i see the memory tab again - 99% full. i go down and there i see something that is making this problem probably and its name is system and compressed memory. its just red colored and its probably the reason for the issue. 

What can I do?
