At this point the screen is completely damaged, so I wouldn't even bother reparing them. Your TV/monitor is bricked.

This should be covered in their insurance, make them pay for it. Unless you moved it yourself, in which case you're paying for it.

 

However, the chances of them honoring this greatly diminish as time passes on. It should've been noticed during the unpack or shortly after.
