Is the Noctua NH-D15 a good CPU Cooler for overclocking?

You really can't go any better than that unless you go for liquid cooling.

It's a small cooler, it will depend on the cpu and the amout of overclock you're aiming at.

Nowhere near as good as the NH-D15, if that's what you're getting at. It's a much smaller cooler for much cooler chips. What CPU are you looking to cool?
