Need help reformating

Does anybody know what this usb drive came formatted with by default? I reformatted it for mac to I could install mac osx, then reformatted it back, not being sure which format it was before, I did exfat. But now my speeds are terrible.

My guess is FAT32

Isnt fat32 the one that cant write files over 4gb?

Fat for 2GB or lower

Fat32 for 4GB-32GB

exFAT for 64GB and higher

I doubt it was formatted with Fat32, as I had written files that are 8gb to the drive before.
