bf4 premium question

Would i miss out on any content if i buy the standard bf4 game and premium content pack as opposed to getting the digital deluxe version. I am not sure why they even offer the premium as a separate add-on. I would think there would be an option to pre-order the game with the premium pack included. Also considering i already own bf3 with premium.

No, only whatever little things they offer you with the Digital Deluxe like battlepacks.

 

If you're going to go premium straight away, it's already another £40/$60, buying the Digital Deluxe also will make that one expensive game, I wouldn't do it.

Bf4 premium is available on pre order as a separate add on,with the digital deluxe all you get is 3 gold battlepacks,but if you go to the premium website it says you get 12 battlepacks but it doesn't say like what kind like gold or bronze battlepacks,as for missing content youll get most of the content if you buy the regular game with premium.

At this point game and premium are only sold separetly. Buying normal version now and premium later shouldn't affect anything really nessessary. Things you might not get are something like camos and achievements. And usually EA makes packs for them later anyway.

To trick people into thinking Premium means the base game and the DLC and buy it, then find out later after the refund period runs out they still need the base game.

 

The same reason they called China Rising "Premium DLC"  which confused people into thinking that was Premium also.

 

Misleading advertising.... simple as.
