Hey guys, built a pc on a budget last summer and thought it would be much better than it was, saved up some money and feeling like an upgrade should happen for my graphics card at the least and maybe there are other things holding me back. I have a 24" 1080p acer monitor, hoping to play games like the new battlefield 1 when it comes out, farcry primal, Fallout 4.. This is my system:

CPU 61921421e30d92bf7518f831d3a5de78.med.256
Motherboard 097cbb2523cd252abd67ed5d26811947.med.256
Memory 34d1fd0afbf42a08feefc084f4210a3d.256p.jp
Storage cfae225dd3e43bf766ab1468189a4703.thumb.2
Video Card e96a8f9597bf94179120b1927d948868.256p.jp
Case 21191bead8fe5d1b9c9bc69d1030c242.med.256
Power Supply f94d36875422c53844723448f63b103d.med.256

Any feedback would be great, thanks.
