Hello,I'm trying to factory restore my computer and it keeps giving me the blue screen error "your computer needs to be repaired,missing some files!!!!!" I'm running on Windows 8.1 and I've tried multiple things to fix it and it's starting to piss me off. Can anyone please help? I'd appreciate it alottttt tyvm

Do you know your windows key?

 

Your best bet is to reinstall with the ISO file on a bootable flash drive

Do as it says: Get the Windows 8.1 installation media on a disk/flash drive so it can get the required files to boot back.

Then your best bet would be to reinstall or refresh Windows from the disk.
