there is a reason. 1. every cpu and gpu has an automiatic overclocking system ex. gpu boost 1.0 2.0 and 3.0 intel turbo boost and a few others there are no program automated overclocking systems because they are built into the cpu/gpu. 2 just use msi afterburner or a different overclocking program and don't be a baby about it because it can be done easily if you just look up the limit of your gpu online. No I mean like AUTO overclocker for cpu/gpu not manually overclocking. (It takes too much time)

dude those are overclocking program that are built in and you don't have to touch anything

"Factory OC" isn't really that much of an OC. It's a bump, sure, but it's always a far cry from what the card is actually capable.

yeah true but it is answer to the point that was just made someone said there aren't any cards that are overclocked out of the box when gigabyte and evga use that slogan constantly
