Cheap GPU

Hello. I am looking to upgrade an old computer of mine and I want to get a nice GPU for 150 USD or less. I play at 1360 x 768p because I am using a Television, sadly. What I want from this also is to keep anti aliasing and texture filters at max on titles like team fortress 2, rocket league,overwatch, and more.

I know that, but with 150 to use I am looking for the most power for that price

The 7950/7970 is way more powerful than the r7 360...

that still doesnt answer what has the most power for 150

also on pcpartpicker (the website that finds the lowest price) none of those cards have a price point.

the 7950=280, 7970=280x and they are more powerful than a r7 360
