HyperX Cloud II or Cloud Revolver

Okay, so I've been reading a lot of reviews and such but not sure which pair to get, I want them for competitive gaming, so I'd need to be able to hear foot steps and have a clear mic. The price difference between the two is only $2 so if you pick one pair over the other because of the price theres no need, I'd just like to hear some opinions on which to get.

I'd like to listen to music & movies as well but mainly for gaming, would you say cloud II or revolver? Also should be comfortable for hours

I'd say the cloud 2s for the more balanced sound vs the revolvers. I also don't like the suspended headphone feeling. It tends to put more pressure on the bottoms of my ears. As well as the clouds have the changeable ear cups while the revolvers don't.

Alright then, I'll probably get the Cloud II, since it's got surround sound would you suggest I use that option for gaming for the footsteps or no?

Also just to note, if I were to game & watch movies it'd probable be 12 hours gaming 1 hour watching movies as I'd rarely do it.

I use my clouds for csgo and it does a pretty good job with footsteps. And where are you planning on buying them from?

Oh yeah, I wish directcanada offered a better return policy (30 DAYS AINT ENOUGH), I really hate when I have to make choices like which one to get because I truly over think it and take hours to decide lol.

I think I'll go for the HyperX Revolver as it'll be mainly gaming and if you say I should get them for gaming then I will. Hopefully the sound quality is good on these :) Thanks for all the help

 

I literally just need someone to tell me what one to get or I'll never decide :(
