Internet issues

So our church recently got their internet switched and nothing is working right. When visiting a website more often then not the website will not load and ither say computer is offline, webpage took to long to respond, or it couldn't connect to the dns server. What throws a wrench into this issue is that skype continues to work flawlessly even when websites wont load, and sites that I should have in my dns cache fail to load. I can also get a site to load, try to visit it again and it wont load. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you troubleshooting a problem or avoiding your religious services? I'm just curious...

 

Try running a few trace routes and see where the connection drops off at. That will let you know pretty quickly where the problem is at.

This is pre church, service hasten started yet. I am no network wiz, how would I run a trace route. I tried pinging a few websites and was getting 100% packet loss.

What kind of device are you using? Example, iPhone, Windows laptop, etc

Tried 3 separate machines, 2 desktops over ethernet and my laptop over wifi.
