Windows wont load

accidently i went on this website that i shouldnt have gone on. anyways i got scared, and turned on malware bytes. it didnt find anything so i decided to restart my computer and it seems like windows wont load up, it shows the loading circle that spins around but after waiting for 20 minutes nothing has changed. if it helps i have the asrock eufi, thanks for all the help you can give me

Try booting into safe mode and then run you security program, avast etc.

Boot into safe mode link

not having a security program wont help and knowing that your PC probably has a virus
