Install motherboard properly in case

Ok recently a friend and I are working on a new computer build for him. We bought this motherboard http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5262#ov and this case http://azzatek.com/csaz-202evo-gallery.html. The motherboard is a gigabyte micro atx board and the case is a mid tower case that supports a micro atx motherboard. Problem we have run into is two out of the 6 motherboard screw holes ( don't know the correct terminology ) are missing on the case. Does anyone know how your supposed to mount a micro atx motherboard in this case or if the motherboard will be fine without the two holes? Just so you know its the holes on the farthest part of the motherboard were the pcie connection is.

Can't you just screw the bottom stand-offs out, and screw them into the correct holes in the case?

Here maybe this will help with determining a solution for the mounting. I don'
