Anyway,

  1. First thing you need to worry: uninstall AI Suite. Or at the very least don't use it. If you are OCing, do it through the Bios.
  2. No, your settings are NOT safe. If your CPU is going over 85C, you are doing it wrong. Put everything back at stock and start over.

Let me teach you how to quickly OC:

  1. Don't use adaptive voltages, or else the above happens. Put it on manual and start with 1.2v. Stress for 5min and, if the temps are below 82, up it up a notch and repeat. Stop when you get to that limit. That's what you'll be working with.
  2. Once you've found out your voltage, start increasing your multiplier. You can aim for the moon if you want, or go increasing it little by little, the choice is yours. Regardless.

ALWAYS keep an eye on temps. If you ever reach 85C, lower your voltage, as your cooling just can't handle it. Good luck.
