Windows 7 drivers not installing?

I download windows 7 ultimate 64 bit off of the internet (I know I'm a terrible person but I cant find my old windows 7 product key) every time I try to install my ethernet drivers it says something about not being able to find it, check if it's in deep sleep mode, I left my RAM out over night because I read about that, but that didn't work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?

specs:
ASRock B75 pro-3m

xeon 1231v3

8gb kingston ram 1333
msi gtx 760
