Can you give me a reason not to get the 6300 and how soon dose the rx 480 come out? Ill gladly wait if it can knock the price down some.

an i5 would be better but more expensive too. a cheaper athlon would perform the same in games but worse in multithreaded tasks.

the fx 6300 stock cooler is really loud, and has poor performance, a skylake i3 would perform a lot better. The rx 480 comes out around the end of this month.

The 6300 has terrible gaming performance. (Single-core)

Don't buy Gigabyte AMD cards, they have shit cooling. For AMD cards buy Sapphire, MSI, or XFX.

I'm a fucking AMD kawaii weeaboo desu I have seen the light

around $500

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/vhqFf8 this is a pretty decent entry level machine, i put an r9 380x in there just for the price but you can swap that out with an rx 480 when that comes out at the end of the month (about the same price).

You will also be able to upgrade to a skylake i5 and a better GPU later on if you decide.
