You may have a miner virus

Is your monitor 120Hz or 144Hz btw? What programs are running in the background? How many monitors are connected?

120hz I think, Asus Tweak II, GPU Z, Chrome, (Steam, CCleaner, Razer Synapse, Emisoft, GeExperience.)all these are in the arrow, not in the desktop. One monitor.

Miner in like small or miner like type of virus ?

1 - remove Asus Tweak and replace it with MSI AB
2 - 120Hz screen is new I imagine?

nvm it's 60Hz

1 - Asus is crap (I own one as well)

2 - Asus Tweak is worse crap
3 - likely a virus. Do a scan with MalwareBytes

That's a service. Follow this guide

Also, try running in safe mode and see if that helps

If it's fine in safe mode it's a software issue. If it does the same in safe mode it's a hardware issue

Last thing - are you on Windows 10? If so, that's the most probable cause
