What are you gonna do with the build? What about peripherals? What games will you be playing? Planning to stream, video and picture editing? Do you wanna max out all games or are you fine with lowering some settings to save a few bucks. We need more info to help you mate. MOAR INFO! :)

I once explained to my girlfriend what true love is. I said, "If you were a shit, I'd put you back in" and to this day, she is still my little shit.

Do you have a monitor, is it more than 60hz? What resolution? And also, waiting for the new GPU would be a good idea, so its good that you are willing to wait.

Where are you from? So we can use the right pc-part picker thingy. Also do you plan to do any overclocking? And do you want something easy to move around or will it mostly be standstill/not often moved?

That's the best I can do for you for now.
I'm at school, so don't have much time.

But that should give you a good look at what is possible with your budget.

That build there is as good as any. I would look into an SSD for a boot drive though and throw in an extra tb on the harddrive just because it saves you money to go for 2tb instead of one if you look at dollar spent per GB. I'll cook up a list soon and see if I can fit it in your budget, but then again, that would be pushing it.

I have a WD external HDD (3tb) for anything that doesn't really need to be run on the computer so like photos and videos and screenshots and crap

I decided to remove the cooler because you simply don't need it, I also changed out the ram to an 8gb kit because I figured you won't need more, atleast not right now, and ram is the easiest things to upgrade so we don't need the 16gb kit now. I also went ahead and added an SSD for boot and perhaps a few games. What you do with storage is up to you, in my defense I simply can't live without my SSD but if you've never had the joy of having one you can just go along your way because ignorance is a blizz :P This build should be able to run CSGO perfectly and many other games, I don't know about the case thermals, but the stock cooler should do as a start. Also, with the new 480 from AMD coming in a price of $199 you will save some money there and can either upgrade some stuff or leave it be and save your hard earned money. (Or your mom's credit card)

haha thanks for this I will see what I can do probably will switch out the gpu with the 480 cuz $ per fps is important to me since I don't think I will be able to build this till christmas that gives time for the 480 to come out :)

Yeah I like the idea of the SSD for boot drive and shit
