windows 10 installing

hi i have built my new computer i have made a bootable pendrive using rufus for windows 10 installation while starting my pc it is detecting my pendrive... any help would be appreciated....

It seems its not correctly installed, try using the media creation tool that Microsoft made and install it, download the OS on the Drive and it should boot it worked for me

I'm confused. are you able to boot the pendrive? or are you not? What is the problem?
