First of all im from Turkey and im still learning english so execuse me :).

 

Ok. so there is 2 thing that i dont understand with the first picture i uploaded. 

 

1)What is system and compressed memory and why does it use so much ram.

 

2) I have 16 gigs of ram. Even if i add every open processes ram consuption it wouldnt go past 2-3 gigs then why is it using %60

So here's my specs (My mobo is MSI Z170A gaming m3) Im a bit scared because i built this PC my self and i may have broken something. I would be really happy if you guys could help me

"System and compressed memory" compresses memory that idle programs are using

So it'll contain all the memory that it's using to store these compressed programs.

 

If your system isn't lagging or being slow, there's no need to worry!

You've discovered one of the great mysteries of windows... yes, the sum of all listed processes is never anywhere near what is actually being used according to the charts.  I think this is due to how the program is using the memory - if it's just asked for it, vs if it has actually been reserved, vs if it is actually in use, etc. but I'm not sure.

It's actually a problem with drivers and Windows 10 .. 

 

Here is a guide I used to pinpoint to a similar problem that was due to a "bad" network driver.

I've seen this behaviour ever since I can remember ... which was on XP.

I personally never had that problem but I had to work on PC that had this problem and I've only seen it with Windows ME and Windows 7 and up. I'm sure it was present in XP but I never saw it.

I don't think I've ever been able to add up the individual consumption of each app and have it come to the total shown on the chart

lol sorry, I was talking about the high RAM usage, not the mismatch between RAM usage and the total RAM in the process list.
