The updated version(disregard what I just said) : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/6mRxFd is this any better?

yeah that looks good to me!

I'm making a new build as soon as the aftermarket GTX 1070s are released and I'd like to know if all these parts are compatible and your overall ideas on the quality of the build (will it overheat etc.)-all untagged prices are from newegg. Oh and also, I'm installing a large HDD later. Thanks for any replies. :P

That SSD is famous for being about as fast as a HDD (I recommend budget: Adata SP550 or Crucial BX200, not budget: Samsung 850 EVO)

120mm AiOs aren't worth it. You can get an air cooler that'll be just as good whilst being quieter and having less points of failure.

Please get a better SSD and Motherboard (Z170).  you'll thank me later :)

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Is no one going to mention he's putting a k CPU in a B150 motherboard? :P

It works.

You should substitute the i5-6600K for an i5-6600. It has the same turbo boost and it's cheaper. If you don't plan on overclocking (judging by your motherboard, you don't), this is the one to get. In that case, you can also ditch the liquid cooler, as the i5-6600 comes with a cooler, unless you really need or want aftermarket cooling. You can use the savings to get a better SSD. The SSD you're using is okay if you're really on a budget, but Kingston has gotten some heat for it not performing as well as its reviews.

Why doesn't Gigabrick label it better?

If you were trying to sell a B150 motherboard, you'd hide the fact it was B150 too :P

No, I'd make sure I was trying to sell a decent budget B150 motherboard and advertise it as it is.

Yea, I've changed that now... so the hyper 212 EVO is incompatible and the others are slightly out of my budget. Can you suggest a couple of other fans please?
