Need help managing my PCs cables.

 A few months ago I ran all the cables into the back and stuffed the unused ones behind the storage for hdd, but now I want to make it look better. What can I do to make it look better?

One thing I would do is to change the PSU and go for a fully modular unit to clear up the clutter and use lots of cable ties or clamps to hold everything down.

I've actually been looking for a new one but I don't know the difference between gold, bronze, platinum. All I know is that I should look for one that's 80+. Any recommendations?
