iGPU Build Debate with friend

Hi guys, I got into an argument with my friend over which iGPU build has good performance, nice aesthetics and is cost effective. Please look at both and tell me which one you would buy. His gaming needs are only for League of Legends so take all of these factors into consideration. Thanks!

I was able to play League at min settings with the GPU found on the 6500 @ 60fps.
But if you have the budget for it, you might as well take the second build and through at least a 750ti in there.
