i cleaned it fist with a brush then in tight spaces i pulled dust out with my hand and metal parts that where further away from the motherboard i cleaned with a wet towel but not wet like sunk in watter then with pressure i got the water out of the towel so it does not fall on any parts.then with the 2 fast i blow into them mediumly with my mouth until dust comes out then i put the pc up in the air and shaked it to remove remaining dust

A series of beeps like that usually means that the system doesn't detect the RAM or graphics card.

Remove the graphics card and the RAM, check for any dust, hair, etc, in their slots, and re-insert them, making sure they are fully seated.

If that doesn't help, also make sure that the drive(s) SATA and power connectors are properly seated and that the motherboard power connectors are fully seated.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

Get a can of compressed air. For other tips, dont touch parts with your hand unless necessary, and definetely keep everything wet away from your pc. what parts exactly did you wipe with the wet towel or just the case?

i really think that something happened when i put the pc in the air and started shaking it so dust falls off can that damage a cpu since cpu pins are very thin and breakably

might be, or then just some cable went loose, check them all if possible

So guys i came here for the anwser and i love you guys support but...but...Its either the motherboard or the cpu...i took it to a service and he replaced EVERYTHING except the motherboard and cpu so the problem is very big and i cant go on ebay to buy a cpu or a 1366 soket motherboard since i live in serbia and if i buy a new motherboard i will have to change everything and a cpu is allot more expensive...so unless anybody has any spar parts or any pc i guess i will not game for the next 5-10 years R.I.P me (i guess nobody will give me anything of use since thats how the world is) and to think i prayed to GOD pls dont let it be the motherboard or the CPU...

Not exactly, but if you can ask a friend if you could try with their cpu then you will know wich one it is. What do you mean you can't buy from ebay because you live in Serbia? for example http://www.ebay.com/itm/INTEL-CELERON-G1610-2-6GHz-Socket-1155-SR10K-Dual-Core-Processor-CPU-013-/371636954510?hash=item568749e58e:g:bxoAAOSwY0lXRDPS#shpCntId  can be shipped to serbia and is a cheap cpu to test wether its the cpu or MB. And if its the motherboard something like this   http://www.ebay.com/itm/ONDA-H61C-Intel-H61-LGA1155-DDR3-1600-M-ATX-USB-2-0-Motherboard-Mainboard-/272218962008?hash=item3f6183b858:g:7YMAAOSw-YBXGEim  is a cheap h61 motherboard..

Thanks man i guess since im here ill just sell my pc parts like the cpu ram motherboard etc...and save up for a solid gaming pc i was thinking going old school since new school is expensive as fuck and tell me what you think.

CPU : i7 2600k

CPU Cooler : Titan TTC-NK15TB/SC Vanessa-S

Mobo : dont know will see for the best value]

RAM : 8gb ram

GPU : GTX 680 (ill probably wait for the rx 480 to come out)

Case : MS Industrial Beast

PSU: 700w PSU non modular since i will have a closed case and i dont wanna spend 120$ on a modular psu

SSD: Hyperix Fury 128gb

HDD : 1TB WD Blue

Keyboard : A4 Tech x7 g800-mu

Mouse : i need your opinion its either the CM Storm Mizar or the g402 im an fps gamer so i need the best sensor and less accelaration as possible but i tried the cm storm its was amazing and i tried the mx518 and i love it when my finger is on the table and the sides are rubber so im worried that g402 will annoy me. EDIT : Or the Steel Series Sensei Pro

Headphones : Siberia v2

Table : Custom made (White)

Mic : Blue Snowball

Monitor : Asus VX229H

some leds in the background

-so after this will you think i will run GTA 5 ,Assasins Creed , Need for Speed , at 1080p high settings csgo, overwatch ultra???

GTA 5 is very heavy on the CPU. The i7-2600K should run it well enough, but a new Skylake i5-6600K would run it much better.

Well an i5 6600k is not worth it since i dont plan on overclocking and i think a 6500 is much better for the money but the motherboards are SUPER EXPENSIVE so will a i7 3770 and a cheap mobo do it since i plan on hosting a cs 1.6 hlds server for clan war (Yes i still am a hardcore CS 1.6 fan) and might do some rendering so the 4 threads is very usefull and i will pay less since the cpu is cheaper and mobos for 1155 socket are cheaper

Whyyyyyy? You dont need a 700w PSU, not even close. buy a cheaper/better quality 500w/600w PSU. Otherwise looks like a solid build. For a mouse I prefer an optical mouse over laser mice.
