Just go with the default during installation is my recomendation. I haven;t used ubuntu in a while so don't know what the default is at the moment.

What files system should I use on a fresh install of Linux?

 

I'm gonna be using Ubuntu/

ok not jumping ahip. Im trying Ubuntu except it failed when I realized my laptop's wifi driver doesn't support Linux.

 

for my desktop im gonna try SteamOS
