Difference between G2A Pay and Paypal?

I've always wondered what G2A pay actually is...

When you go to buy something, you can choose to use a debit/credit card or Paypal to name a few, or you can select "G2A Pay" and then use a debit/credit card or paypal..

Can someone explain :P
