Your CPU will bottleneck your GPU, the OC helps tremendously with alleviating this problem. With a 390 and FX-6, you should run the highest OC you can get stable.

 

The temperature you are running are less than it would run stock with the stock cooler - there is no stress there. You're going to see favorable increase in frames with the OC (will depend on the game how much it is beneficial). 

 

Just FYI, I bottleneck my card in some games with the 8 core variant and a similar OC.

well then I'm gonna give it a try I suppose. crysis seems like a good test.
