Just wondering what a recommended fan controller would be, looking for a controller that can control the maximum RPM of the fans even during startup so I was told to go with analog, digital might work but I'm not sure on that

It depends on the fan type if they are three pin, the NZXT Grid+ V2 is a good option but for 4 pin PWM fans going through the motherboard is still one of the best options usually.

For total analoge that you would want this:

For full digital control with custom profiles you want the NZXT GRID+ V2 as @W-L mentioned

Anything analog that would fit into a 3.5 inch drive bay or something? I'm looking for internally based
