z97 mobo suggestions

So i currently have a z97 anniversary that doesen't have the features i would like for my mobo and it isn't a great overclocker.

Operating System Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

CPU:i5 4670K RAM:16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (9-9-9-24) Motherboard ASRock:Z97 Anniversary GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (Gigabyte) Storage Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB

So the features i need are: m.2 support, sli support, good oc and the color would be black,grey or white. Blue would also be okay if it's only small accents. My price range is. $100-$150

Your motherboard usually doesn't affect overclocking. If you can't overclock well, it's usually your chip being shitty.

Yes, but it still doesen't have the other features. What would you suggest?
