£650 Budget PC Upgrades

Hey so I have a budget of £650 and I'm looking to get some upgrades for my PC pretty much taking all my old stuff out apart from my GPU and harddrive and replacing everything else. Just wanna know your opinions on this build and if you'd change or add anything, I'll be using this newer build for goth gaming, rendering and video recording (encoding with cpu) I was here last night asking about a good cpu and I've come up with this build so please feel free to assist me in making this build better or if you agree with it then please tell me as I wan't to make sure I'm getting a good build for my money.
