as a rule of thumb anything 80c and up is bad

For laptops that's 90*C

Yes - don't play games on a laptop that is NOT designed for games

well,

I surely CANT do that. i already have an extra fans below my laptop, 5 v fans on 10 v adapter. then the cpu temps drop about 88-90C

That's too high. The cooler on the laptop is not designed for such load

If nothing works to lower the temps then thermal paste is usually a good bet to lower the temps a few degrees (maybe enough to lower it down to 85c)

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

changing the thermal paste to a good one like Cooler Master mastergel NANO. can it help?

No. the cooling is not designed to keep the GPU AND CPU cool at full tilt at the same time. Not possible

It will die soon so just accept it. You can't really do anything that pc is just plain bad with it's cooling, heck I would not even adivece a customer to pay me to try and fix it.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.

Then best start saving up. I won't lie to you - the one you have is a poor design.

Well I gotta tell the truth and it would have been worse to lie to you and then later you find out it was a lie. Yeah I know the money problem I am also going to school and my money is also short, so save up everything you can.
