Searching for a customizable notebook

I there. I'm looking for a 15' notebook that can be customized. Like change the gpu and cpu. 

I dont care about the weight. And would be nice if i can buy it in Europe.

I noticed that i was asking to mutch. So now im open to any price. 

I would be grateful if it not exeed 1500 dollars.

Maybe like €10k, there are some few insanely expensive engineering laptops where you can do that. (I can't remember the name)

Why do you even want to be able to change the cpu and gpu?

For spares, CPU wise just any desktop LGA1151 socket CPU should be fine. For GPUs, you can buy the MXM modules from places like Eurocom, where they are also selling the same machine under a different name.
