Windows 8 bootable usb in a reboot loop!

Hi

So i already made a post about this previously but then windows 10 but with no success so i tried with windows 8 and now I have a reboot loop.

It gets to the windows logo WITHOUT the circle spinning around and than after 20 seconds or so it pops a little bit of text for 1/4 of a second and then it reboots the pc.

I have NO clue and need HELP since I am running out of ideas to fix this.

As a reminder it does boot into the linux bootable usb i have only windows doesn't.

and its a bit of a weird system since it uses the 771 to 775 mod.

ANY help would be appreciate !

maybe use a tool like rufus to create the boot usb

I am already passed that state Ive already got a bootable usb but it won't load on a second pc of mine.

im thinking maybe the bootable usb wasnt created correctly

I've also tried a CD.

this was all done through the windows media tool though.

I don't have much experience with bootable usb's, but double check that its formatted to the correct file system before creating it. I think that's why one of mine didn't work before.
