Hardcoding .ass Subtitles into a video/mp4

Go to solution Solved by arielbeje,

I ended up just recording it from VLC with shadowplay.

I need to hardcode some subtitles(That need to be .ass for the position) to a video because PowerPoint 2013 can't read subtitles from a .mkv file.

I've tried FFMPEG and some software(mostly crapware), but they didn't work. Is there any way to do this, prefferably with a GUI and a mp4 output?

I think Handbrake will let you hardcode .ass subtitles not sure.
