hi is it worth going down to a smaller pc since i like it smaller since i move around alot and i prefer desktops over laptops. and i already have ddr4 ram and skylake cpu i5 and cpu cooler so i need a case and mabey a smaller psu and ofc the mobo and i dont know if i want to go with mini atx or micro and i dont know what to pick. i know its a bit of a cluster fuck of questions but plez answer if you can, and ask me questions aswell :) thanks

ITX Evolv and im deciding, the Stinger looks great but the USB 3.0 placement is just horrid, Im trying to get a SUPER clean build with 100% cable management and the palcement on the Stinger is shit

so either the MSI Pro AC or the ASUS pro gaming

It really depends. There are pros and cons to different form factors, for example, many ITX form factor boards only have 1 PCIe slot, so if you plan on using two GPUs or a sound card then that wouldn't work for you. Also, there are a lot more restrictions on hardware the smaller you get. Really small systems often times use proprietary PSUs from the case manufacturer, and they are often in much smaller power amounts, so alot of times building very beefy and small systems is always possible. For the generall user using 1 GPU and dual channel ram and 1 (maybe  2) HDDs, small form factor is definitely fine.
