Adobe Install Package Rollback Upon Install

So my dad works in I.T and he gave me all the files for the full Adobe 2016 Package + Licence Code. I just swapped my Storage from a WD Black 3TB to a Samsung 830 Evo + Samsung 10000RPM 2TB HDD. It used to install fine on the WD Black but it wont on the Evo? I am logged in as Administrator but it intalls all then rolld back? Works fine on every PC at his work but not on my pc? Also yes its a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro and everything should be installed except a Chipset Driver
