Fractal design r4 case help

I just purchased a r4.  I cant get the front plastic fan thingy that goes behind the fan out, and i don't want to risk breaking it, any help?

@Appealingkarrot There is a small tab on the top of it that you have to push down on and pull outwards towards the front of the case. It will tilt outwards with the hinge on the floor of the case.

 

If you mean the front fan grille then you have to push the top right and top left in until each side clicks.
