Sorry if it's on the wrong section, but it's kind of a peripheral right :D...

 

So i got a brother MFC-J5910DW and it says that paper is jammed. However, i see the rollers inside of the printer pushing the paper the wrong side out. So the rollers wiggle to get the stuck parts loose, and then it rolls backwards and make this awefull, not-intended sound that it never made before. I cleaned it multiple times now, so there's no paper jammed, but it still keeps on rolling backwards.

 

ANY HELP PLEASE, I NEED TO PRINT STUFFS :(
