Help needed

Hey,

      I've been planning to build a PC and I've done some research but i need a final word. The following is the parts i have planned to use:

 

MoBo: Asus Z97-A

CPU: Intel i7 4790k running at 4GHz

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

RAM: Corsair 16GB Vengence Pro (2x8GB)

Case: corsair Carbide SPEC-ALPHA

CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo

 

I still need help on what SSD and what PSU i should by and what wattage it needs to be at.

I was hoping you can help me with this by telling me the parts i need or by improving the build. i want to use the PC for gaming (like GTA V and etc.)

My budget is around £1000. If you do improve it, i would like to keep the same case as it really like it.

You really should go with a 6700k over a 4790k

Here you go but i had to chose a different case as the Corsair spec-Alpha wasn't on there so i picked one around the same price.

So, would it work?  I've used some PSU calculators online and its telling me to get ~450w so i went with 500w

Better build! Recommend getting an SSD in the future when you can afford it!
