Hey Guys,

When I start the Computer it goes on (fans and leds) but it doesn't boot it only shows a black screen.

I already checked the gpu and the ram wich both work, so what is the problem?

Since the Fans of the gpu get power is it the the cpu? Any ideas how to fix ?

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

For good measure just take it apart and re-seat/wire everything just to be sure. I've been a victim of panic-posting before as well

Strip it to Mobo, one stick of RAM and the CPU . See if it will POST if not swap the RAM about try every stick in every slot if still no POST , try a known good PSU on 'the three' if still no joy (after another memory 'dance') then the MoBo or the CPU is FUBAR, GENERALLY nothing (unseen) goes wrong with the CPU so it's new MoBo time. If the system is old the MoBo may no longer be sold and The CPU unsupported so may need a whole new system with only the case and probably the optical drive ( and possibly the PSU) being reused.

There are lots of YouTube videos out there on how to diagnose computer problems .
