Im making a website, and for the title, I want to replicate the A and the R in this. What would be the best font/google font/other method to do it?

The easiest way to know is asking directly the artist who made the picture, although this isn't always possible and chances are he/she used some paid-for fonts. Have you tried having a look at dafont.com?
