Lenovo Y700 (The AMD version) or Dell Inspiron 7559

If going Y700 - you need to remove the dust filter
If going 7559 you need to update BIOS

I imagine the heat sink is either incapable or barely capable of dealing with the heat the hardware gives off.  As for budget... Is there anyway you could save up a few more dollars?  In this case the extra 50 dollars will probably go a long way towards cooler hardware, longer life, and less fan noise.

The CPU on the V Nitro runs at 95*C under load - that is very bad for the longevity of the system

Exactly - the models i mentioned have the best cooling in the budget gaming laptop segment whereas the V nitro is the worst. 50$ is the difference between 95*C load temps and 70*C load temps

Save up 50 more dollars. Instead of wasting 750 on a bad laptop that won't last a year, you might as well spend the extra 50 bucks to get a decent laptop.
