Ultrawides that have a refresh rate >60Hz?

jjar35

Hey guys, Im looking to get an ultrawide this summer, but I would really would like one that gets a better than 60Hz refresh rate. It needs to be 3440x1440 resolution.  It does not need to be 100Hz like the Predator X34 which is already on the table of consideration. Even one that is overclockable to 70-80Hz is fine; I cannot personally tell the difference past ~80(ish)Hz. Basically just looking for a list of ultrawides that have the ability to go above 60Hz in order for me to take a look at my options. BTW if it makes any difference I have an Intel CPU and nVidia GPU.

Thanks all,

Acer X34, Asus PG348Q - 100 Hz,

LG 34UC88, LG 34UC98, Acer XR341CK, Acer BX340CK, Acer XR342CK - 75 Hz*

34UM88 is 60 Hz, not 75

* - all of them are FreeSync, and FreeSync ultrawides tends to have 60 Hz base refresh rate and can do 75 Hz only if FreeSync is enabled, so this is something to investigate for every model if you plan to get it with Nvidia GPU. It is also worth to consider switching to AMD GPU to utilize FreeSync. You can get 3440x1440 FreeSync ultrawide for $799, while G-sync one costs $1300. Difference is refresh rate, 75 Hz vs 100 Hz, but you said that you don't need 100 Hz, so this is not a problem. And those newest LG ultrawides are way higher quality than Acer and Asus ones.
