I have two of each of the following memory modules

KHX1600C9D3B1/4

HX316C9SR/4

running in dual channel... I want to buy the AsRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance... The first has compatibility while the second doesn't. Will they work in dual channel together in this motherboard?

You have both sets in? Or just one? You should really only have one kit if RAM on a motherborad to not cause issues.
