coolermaster GeminII S524.  blows air down onto surrounding components. looks like a good fit on that board with that 1x pci-e slot as the top slot. ( won't interfere with gpu )

I'll second the Shadow Rock Slim. Great fit for what you're looking for.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
