I already have a cx430 lying around, is that going to be enough for this build? I'm worried please help

Yes that should do the job. I would wait for gtx 1070 or 1060.

Also I would go for a 1 stick of 8gb and upgrade again with another.

First the basics,
Is your Stuff compatible?:
Does your motherboard have the socket required for the CPU?
Is your CPU compatible with the type of RAM you are using (DDR3, DDR4, etc)
Does your graphics card fit into the Motherboard?
Does your motherboard have the correct slot for your graphics card?

Are  you sure that 120 ssd will good maybe go for 240, also dont you need a hdd

I was planning on getting a 1tb hard drive when I got the money, thanks for the tips though
