So lets start with some basic questions:

1) Do you want to water cool the GPU and CPU?

2) Since this is your first WC build I assume soft tubing?

3) Any budget on the WC parts?

1) Yes i would like to water cool both the gpu and cpu, but there is also an option to water-cool the motherboard and that's one of the reasons i want to try WC.

2) I will probably want clear tubing and clear liquid, since my build has RGB lighting everywhere. (i forgot to add the RGB strip by cablemods to pcpartpicker)

3) I'm not looking to buy all the parts right now, but i do want to get an idea in my head so i can start saving up, so let's just say the budget is unlimited.

Watercooling the motherboard is generally not necessary and unfortunately in your case not possible as nobody makes a monoblock or northbridge/soutbridge block set for that model.

As for parts this should give you a general idea:

CPU Block: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-supremacy-evo-acetal-nickel

GPU Block: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc980-gtx-ti-wf3-acetal-nickel

*Note the GPU block is only a price placeholder.

Res: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-res-x3-150

Pump: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-xtop-revo-d5-pwm-incl-pump

Fittings: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-acf-fitting-10-13mm-black-2

*You need two fittings per part. So you're looking at roughly 12.

Radiator: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-coolstream-pe-240-dual

*I would suggest going for two radiators for optimal cooling support.

Tubing: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/tube-primochill-primoflextm-advanced-lrttm-12-7-9-5mm-crystal-clear-retail-3m

*You'll probably want to go with 9m just to have plenty of extra.

Coolant: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-ekoolant-evo-clear-concentrate-100ml

*I would pick up two of these as well.

With all of that in mind you're looking at around $680 before shipping or around $730 with shipping.

Another option is to go with:

Kit: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-kit-p360

GPU Block: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc980-gtx-ti-wf3-acetal-nickel

Fittings: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-acf-fitting-10-13mm-black-2

*You'll need two more fittings

Tubing: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/tube-primochill-primoflextm-advanced-lrttm-12-7-9-5mm-crystal-clear-retail-3m

*You'll need just 1 of these

Coolant: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-ekoolant-evo-clear-concentrate-100ml

*Always good to have extra

With this option you're looking at roughly $550 before shipping or $600 with shipping. This option has a little less cooling capacity so things will probably run a bit warmer but you'll still be fine.
