You dont.

Consoles dont cope with aliasing well...and as the system gets older they get worse at it since the graphical power needs to be used on other things as games look better over time.

Furthermore consoles nearly never have adjustable visual options...so you are going to have to live with it. This is the nature of gaming on a console.

Anti aliasing is one of the more demanding things you can ask of a gpu in a game, so dont hold your breath for consoles to have a ton of it.

Oh so its a normal thing for console? Cause i disnt see dat on earliear gameplays of re4 and i watched stream on xbox 360 today it was normal

its extremely common. the ps3 is generally speaking considerably worse for having it as well since its GPU is significantly weaker.

Also watching internet video is not the best way to look for that kinda stuff, compression is going to hide it since the image isnt as sharp as it can be.

But ya they simply do not have the power to get rid of it unlike a pc.

EVen the latest consoles have if it you look enough

(full size the picture its going to be hard to see it n the smaller pic)

So its normal

Unfortunately.  until we have TVs with like 8k or more resolution we are going to be seeing aliasing for a long time on weaker systems
