I think in this day and age, most tech is a necessity.

 

I'm dependent on lots of tech. Then again, that's what's helped me cope with my ADD through my childhood. It's a part of me.

I've reached a point in my life where technology just needs to work. Can't be arsed to fiddle with stuff anymore unless i find it interesting.

 

Power failures aren't a big deal for me from a tech standpoint. I just read a book.

But since i live on my own the problem is that in the event of a power failure.. The stuff in my fridge is at risk.. 

But the company i'm renting my apartment from doesn't seem to think humans need heating to survive so it would probably keep fresh for longer than usual

 

I think that when i move to a house in three months i'll have enough other things to keep me occupied and minimize my usage of computers and such.

Keeping myself entertained in an apartment is a nightmare.. There is nothing to do except for play games and cook when i'm not out with friends.
