What is the best $50 USD cooler?

 

Price can be below this if it performs better. Also performance is favored over quietness but it cant be a jet engine.

I would try something like the Phanteks PH-TC12DX. If it's anything like it's big brother, it should cool very well.

Wild card: Deepcool Gammaxx 400. I've seen a couple of absolutely glowing reviews of this one, and I'm considering buying one and giving it a whirl.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
